With over 15 years of experience in supply chain functions, I bring a strategic and results-driven approach to my work.

Procurement Management

I have successfully built procurement teams managing $280M in goods and services. From a strategic standpoint, I've developed multi-year commodity and supplier strategies, negotiated global multi-year contracts, and developed suppliers to strengthen our relationship. I also manage daily operations, including purchase order management, supplier communications, and resolving invoice issues.

NPI Materials Program Management

I have launched over 40 products in demanding environments, communicating frequent specification changes, and using effective materials lifecycle management. I balance frequent changes during R&D with supporting test builds while minimizing obsolescence. I have managed multiple concurrent RFx events, from sourcing suppliers and leading supplier quality audits to contract negotiations. I am adept at building cross-functional alliances to effectively get the job done.

Continuous Improvement

Driving continuous improvement is at my core. From automating simple tasks to developing reporting tools, streamlining processes, or implementing systems such as e-Procurement, ERP, or forms management software, I find creative solutions and manage through the implementation.
